This report shows weekend room availability counts for the X weekends following today's date. Data includes: Day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), Date and Number of Rooms available for each date. The actual number of weekend ("X") is defined in the File Maintenance -> Edit Defaults, under the Parameter Descriptor: "# of Weeks for the "Availability for the next x Weekends" Report".
First the Availability screen will come up:
You can choose to send this report to an inn, any email address, display the report on the screen, or print/ax the report.
To send the report to an inn, choose the inn to send the report to from the pull-down arrow. If you have entered an email address for the chosen inn, this will automatically come into the email address field.
If the person your are emailing the report to, is not on the inn list, you can just enter their address in the Email Address field.
Next, choose an option to start the report:
Display Preview (for your review)
Print/Fax (hard copy)
