This report shows the occupancy by month history for the years selected. Data includes: Monthly Occupancy for each year, Percent of Occupancy for each year, and a Monthly Average for the years selected.
An Availability for Occupancy by Month box will come up.
Choose an option:
Display/Preview (for your review)
Print/Fax (hard copy)
There is also an option to Edit Occupancy Information. When you click on this option, a screen will appear with the total of each rooms sold for each month and each year. You can edit (add) information to enter your inn's past history.
Please Note: The reservation system recalculates the last few months automatically, if you are just starting to use this system, you may have to wait before it stops recalculating the months before actual reservations were actually entered.
