This report allows you to access guest names that you have marked in the reservation system as "No Return". Information in the report includes Guest Name, Booking Date and Reason.
A No Return Guest box will come up.
You can choose an inn to send the report to from the pull-down arrow. If you have entered an email address for the chosen inn, this will automatically come into the email address field.
Choose an option:
Display/Preview (for your review)
Print/Fax (hard copy)
