BOOKING  SOURCES  REPORT

This report shows booking information for your inn determined from a variety of information store on the system.

Three pull-down menus appear at the top of the box. One option must be selected from each box.

Listings Report By: Sort By:

Sources Date of Booking # of Bookings
States/Countries Dates of Stay # of Rooms Booked
States/ w/Cities
States/ w/Zip Codes

A brief description of each selection follows:

Listings:

Sources: Sorts by all the referral sources entered into the reservation system.
States/Countries: Sorts by state or country.
States/ w/Cities: Sorts by state, then by city
States/ w/Zip Codes: Sorts by state, then by zip code

Report By:

Date of Booking: Shows actual booking date
Dates of Stay: Shows actual dates of stay

Sort By:

# of Bookings: Actual numbers of bookings
# of Rooms Booked: Actual numbers of rooms booked

Enter the Start and End dates for the month(s). For example, for a report for August 31, 2008, enter Start Date 08/31/2008 and End Date 05/18/2009.

You can email the report to a specific Inn that is in your Association, or you can Email the report to anyone by just entering their email address.

Then Choose an option:

Display/Preview (for your review)
Print/Fax (hard copy)
Email
