Finding Reservations
If you need to find a reservation, but don't remember exactly all the details, this screen will be useful.
To bring up the "Find Reservation" Screen, click on the "Find Reservation" button near the lower right of the main Reservation Screen
The following screen will appear:
You can search on a variety of attributes:
In the following example, we choose "Any City" and "Seattle" and clicked on the "Search" button. The list appears and in the first column, labeled "Go" is another button called view. If you click on the "View" button, that will bring up the standard Guest Reservation Screen, for you to review or modify.
The "Search String" (along with all the other screens that have "Narrow ...") will list all occurrences of that string. In this example, if you knew just part of the credit card number, you can just type what you know, and the Search will find anything in the field that matches the "Search String".
